First Smiles!!!!

Lillie had her first major milestone......a big fat smile! Here's the proof......

Lillie Update

Lillie is doing great and has proven to be quite the eater! By 3 weeks she had packed on a whole 2 lbs weighing in at a healthy 8 lbs 12 oz. She has been adjusting well, but has experienced a couple bumps....she has reflux, which at times can be pretty upsetting and annoying! Her eyes are looking to be blue and her hair is currently strawberry blonde. So far the best buy has been an eight dollar exercise ball, where Nate and myself can be found at all hours of the day. Here is what I have been doing for the last 3 weeks (please excuse my appearance, it had been a long day)....

Lillie Grace Perkins

Lillie has finally arrived after a long 10 months. She arrived at 6:05 pm on Friday, March 19. She weighed in at 7 lbs and was a perfect 20 inches long (boy was I glad she wasn't much bigger!) She is absolutely perfect - Nate and I couldn't be more proud!

Rainy day updates!!!

First, I would like to give a shout out to Claire on her 13th birthday!!! Next, I thought I would play catch up today with the rainy weather and all, so here we go.....

Projects - I have been spending time decorating and getting ready for Lillie and that includes baby projects...

I have made a few burp clothes




and I have also made a baby blanket (a pretty messy one)



As for decorating, we have started on the baby's room and it is coming along!





Lastly, I made some nice fabric artwork to spruce up the guest room



I still have a couple of things I am working on, including growing a human...

Hello 2010!!!

Hope everyone had an amazing New Year's Eve....I know I did! My cousin through a 30th b-day/80's New Year's Eve party and it was totally radical! We threw together our best 80's attire and rang in the new year!!!

Nate wore his original mail order "Warrior" jacket and I did the best preggo jazzercise I could....



Claire rocked the MJ look....
